Del Pierson

Mr. Pierson has a professional background of managerial, financial and engineering expertise.

He was the supervisor of a major property in South Texas for Exxon, managed the independent oil company specialty group for a major bank that is now a unit of JP Morgan Chase, and had business development responsibilities for a major diversified energy transmission and producing company. He has further experience with smaller companies for acquisitions and divestitures, evaluation and financial structuring.  

His interest in real estate over a 20+ year period has brought him to business brokerage where he applies his varied experiences to maximize the sales proceeds for existing business owners exiting their private businesses.
