Assignment completed with both an outside third-party appraisal as well as presenting my proprietary discounted cash flow analysis.  Seller found my analysis was extremely accurate, hit the sales price within a few percentage points (and that was above the independent appraiser’s value).  Dealership was sold to a party recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
